Photography
At 19, I dropped out of university, moved to Shanghai, and bought my first digital camera—a Kodak with manual settings and a fixed lens. My first real tool. I grew as an artist out there, and photography became something I needed. I later jumped to a Nikon, then fell hard for Sony once I started getting into astrophotography and video. It was compact enough for any adventure, but powerful enough to get the details right. Though an expensive medium, I always saw photography as a tangible way to invest in myself, and that sounded alright by me. Below is a selection of compositions and chance encounters framed to my liking. But you can see more on my social channels.
